The Isrotel network is a next-generation digital customer experience

Who wouldn’t want to go on a luxurious vacation right now? I’m sure many of us do…

In the digital age we live in, the Isrotel hotel chain has embarked on an innovative and bold business move to realize its vision of a fully digital hospitality experience.

Isrotel is committed to bringing its high-quality and prestigious brand values to the digital realm, creating an experience through direct channels that fully addresses customer needs and delivers a cutting-edge digital journey.

The primary challenge? Defining the vision of the ideal customer experience – one that seamlessly integrates digital and physical experiences. This also involved mapping out the tools, platforms, and technologies required to implement this strategy effectively.

The process was structured around three main stages: mapping the current situation from a business, process, and technological perspective; identifying and mapping consumer and technological trends that could help shape the new customer experience; and developing a future vision and a roadmap to achieve the set goals.

Leading this process were Strauss Strategy’s experts in digital, information systems architecture, and customer experience, alongside Isrotel Hotels’ management team, including Yohai Engelsman, Vice President of Technology; Beni Levy, Vice President of Marketing; and with the full support of CEO Lior Raviv. Together, they crafted an actionable plan to guide Isrotel through the desired transformation, with clear goals and metrics for success.

The result? A clear and comprehensive strategic and actionable roadmap that will enable Isrotel Hotels to achieve its digital transformation goals while maintaining its leadership in hospitality innovation in Israel. The roadmap clearly outlines the steps needed to reach this goal, with an understanding that, just like the rapid advancements in the technological world, the perception of customer experience is constantly evolving. To stay ahead in the industry, it is crucial to recognize trends and adapt quickly.

It is also important to highlight Isrotel Hotels Chain’s significant contribution during the “Iron Swords” conflict.

While the country is going through one of its most challenging periods, Isrotel continues to meet urgent needs by providing high-quality and personalized service to evacuees from the South and North who were accommodated in its hotels.

We commend Lior Raviv, CEO of Isrotel Hotels, and the management team for this bold and meaningful business initiative, especially for their perseverance during such challenging times. Isrotel Hotels Chain not only continues to lead the hospitality and leisure industry but also sets an example of community involvement and commitment.

We are proud to be partners in Isrotel’s journey and confident that together we will reach new groundbreaking heights!
