Responsibility for building and adapting a business strategy in the worlds of CRM for our clients.
The position includes diagnosing an existing situation, understanding the customer’s unique needs, characterizing and providing practical recommendations for service/sales operational excellence in combination with advanced tools (such as an AI tool) and adapting them to customer needs.

Requirements

  • Experience in leading selection processes and setting up CRM
  • Experience in operating customer experience and digital service systems
  • Familiarity with tools in the CX world (multi-channel in the field of CRM, Marketing Automation and more)
  • In-depth business understanding of service and sales processes
  • Familiarity with the types of solutions available in the market
  • Previous experience in consulting processes is an advantage
  • Familiarity with at least one technology in the worlds of FRM
  • The contact method is in the format of a freelancer
